Hello,
I am seeking a designer who can design professional, modern looking, eye-catching layouts for landing pages and websites..... Some one who can understand the instructions and come up with the Designs in quick timeframes...
I will hire the designer who has got a very clean design style & who doesn't complicate things when it comes to laying out the designs.
Also the designer should possess bootstrap Responsive HTML Coding skills & someone who can do the W3C validations / pingdom tests & also apply Google Speed Tests with accuracy.
Looking forward to portfolios & to close down this designer opening soon.
